No management company would be complete without the ability to handle every conceivable maintenance issue at your property with quality work at reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Our vendors are “tried and true”.
Management Clients Our current clients benefit from inspections performed prior to a resident moving into the property, annual inspections, and detailed inspections along with pictures at the time the property becomes vacant. Owners may order additional inspections if necessary. Your resident will be provided with contact numbers if an issue arises. All owners have the option of performing their own maintenance or employing contractors of their choice.
At Alliance Properties, we understand that property owners want their properties to be properly maintained while still maximizing their investments.
Alliance Properties remains flexible in this area in an effort to allow property owners to communicate how they would like the issues handled. The only exception to this would be in the case of a true emergency. In this instance, it is our policy to immediately dispatch a qualified professional in order to avoid loss of property and minimize the possible liability.
FOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES: Non Emergency issues will be scheduled and handled in a timely manner.
